Exhibitor Registration
What are the registration options for exhibitors?
There are two types of exhibitors: research and industry. The number of booth staff badges granted depends on the type of exhibitor and the size of the booth.
Industry Exhibitors
One complimentary Technical Program badge per booth (no matter the size of the booth), and six complimentary exhibit booth personnel badges for each 10-by-10-foot booth. The fee for additional personnel is $100 per person.
Fifteen Exhibits Hall Only guest passes for each 10-by-10-foot booth. These passes are intended for exhibitor clients only (not for exhibitor staff). Guest passes are good for all three days. Each person invited comes out of the allotment. Exhibitor guests have access to the Exhibits Hall only when it is open to the public.
Research Exhibitors
Research exhibitors receive no complimentary personnel badges; the fee is $100 per badge. This fee is waived for each Technical Program registration purchased.
Exhibitor Attendees
An exhibitor who wishes to also attend the conference must register as an attendee and pay the applicable registration fee. The $100 over-allotment fee for personnel badges is waived for each Technical Program registration purchased. Exhibitors can register using the Exhibitor Registration link on the registration page, selecting the exhibiting company they are affiliated with from the dropdown menu. The exhibitor attendee will be added to the exhibiting booth upon approval from the designated exhibitor contact (the “booth boss”).
Exhibitor Guests
The designated exhibitor contact (“booth boss”) may register their guests for the conference using the Exhibitor Registration link on the registration page. Exhibitor guests cannot register themselves online in advance. Exhibitor guests wishing to register on-site need approval from the booth boss.
Where can I find my exhibitor ID?
The exhibitor ID will be emailed to the designated exhibitor contact.
Where do I pick up my exhibitor badge?
Exhibitor badges can be picked up on-site at the registration desk.
International Attendees
I need a visa in order to attend the conference. Where can I find information for my visa application?
See the International Attendee page for information about visas.
Child Attendees
Can my child attend the conference?
All children (of any age) must be registered at the Special Assistance desk in the registration area. Access policies differ according to the age of the child and the particular conference venue involved.
Children under 12 are not permitted in the Exhibits Hall, except during Family Day (Wednesday, November 20 from 4–6 pm). They must be accompanied by their parent at all times. All family members must be registered and badged, but no fee is charged during that period. Infants 6 months and younger may be brought into all conference sessions.
Children ages 12–16 are permitted inside the Exhibits Hall, provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times and have their own Exhibits Hall Only pass. No children under 16 years of age may be in the Exhibits Hall during set-up or tear-down. View our full policies and procedures on the Family Resources page.
Child care services, provided by KiddiCorp, are available in the convention center to registered attendees and exhibitors. For a small fee, children between the ages of 6 months and 12 years can participate.
