DescriptionThe OpenMP ARB released version 5.0 of the OpenMP API specification in November 2018. This BOF will review to the progress made in adopting the new API version. A series of lightning talks on OpenMP in real applications will give the audience insight into how modern OpenMP is used on recent leadership and flagship HPC systems. We will also host ARB representatives of OpenMP vendors to report out on compiler availability for version 5.0. A panel discussion with leading ARB experts will give the audience the opportunity to interact directly with the ARB and to ask questions.
