DescriptionOur primary goal is to talk about effective mentoring, explain that it goes beyond the traditional technical guidance and that it can make/break someone's career when they have access to good (and bad!) mentoring. We want to encourage the leaders in the room to create valuable mentoring programmes and offer mentorship that really works, as well as help the younger audience to understand how to get a mentor even when there aren't official programmes to apply to.
