Dr.-Ing. Alexander Kuhn is a Senior Software Engineer working at the NVIDIA IndeX visualization software. Before joining NVIDIA, he worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Visualization and Data Analysis at the Zuse Insitute Berlin (ZIB) in Germany. In 2009, he received the M.Sc. in Computational Visualistics and in 2012, a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Magdeburg, Germany.

His research interests include the distributed volume rendering, visualization, and Lagrangian analysis of flow data.
