Toshiyuki Tsukamoto is a deputy division director of the Operations and Computer Technologies Division at the RIKEN Center for Computational Science (R-CCS). He is also a unit leader of the Facility Operations and Development Unit, which is responsible for the maintenance and management of the electrical and cooling facilities to ensure stable operation of the K computer.
