Masahito Ohue received his Ph.D. in computer science from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan in 2014. He is an Assistant Professor of Department of Computer Science, School of Computing at Tokyo Institute of Technology. He is one of board members of The Biophysical Society of Japan, and Initiative for Parallel Bioinformatics. His research interest covers bioinformatics, biophysics, cheminformatics, and high-performance computing.
