Michael Ringenburg
Biography
Michael Ringenburg is a principal engineer and lead architect in the Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Productivity group at Cray, where he focuses on enabling highly-productive data science and converged AI/simulation workflows on Cray systems. He has a keen interest in making HPC systems easier to use and enabling faster time-to-insight. Michael studied computer science at the University of Washington, where he received his PhD in 2014. Prior to that, Michael worked on compilers for the Cray XMT system.
