Biography
Shiv Sundram is currently a performance engineer at Cruise Automation working on perception software for autonomous vehicles. He was previously at LLNL from 2016 to 2018, where he worked on building and optimizing molecular dynamics codes for the GPU-based Sierra supercomputer. He received a B.A in Applied Mathematics and B.A in Computer Science from UC Berkeley in 2015, and is primarily interested in high performance computing and its applications in graphics, computational physics, and computer vision.
