Biography
Nikoli Dryden is an ETH Postdoctoral Fellow at ETH Zurich. His research focuses on the intersection of high-performance computing and machine learning, and includes large-scale training of deep neural networks, machine learning for computational science, communication optimization, parallel algorithms, and performance modeling and optimization.

He earned his PhD in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2019. While there, he received the Kenichi Miura Award for excellence in high-performance computing.
