Mariam Kiran’s work focuses on decentralized machine learning techniques for reinforcement learning, complex systems and near real-time agent reaction. Her research areas have focused on parallel computing, workflow improvements and high performance networks, investigating scaling techniques on grids, GPUs and Cloud computing for data-intensive simulations and science applications.
