Biography
Xiaoyi Lu is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, The Ohio State University, Ohio. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Technology from Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, in 2012. His current research interests include high performance interconnects and protocols, Big Data Analytics, Parallel Computing Models, Virtualization, Cloud Computing, and Deep Learning systems. He has published more than 100 papers in major international conferences, workshops, and journals with multiple Best (Student) Paper Awards or Nominations. He has been actively involved in various professional activities in academic journals and conferences. He is a member of the IEEE and ACM.
