Rudolf Eigenmann
Biography
Rudolf Eigenmann is a professor at the University of Delaware, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. From 1995 to 2017 he was at Purdue University, where he was a professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. From 2013-2017, he also served as Program Director in the National Science Foundation's Office of Advanced Cyberinfrastructure. Dr. Eigenmann's core research interests include optimizing compilers, programming methodologies, tools, and performance evaluation for high-performance computing, as well as the design of cyberinfrastructure. Dr. Eigenmann has received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from ETH Zurich, Switzerland.
