Kenjiro Taura
Biography
Kenjiro Taura received the BS, MS, and DSc degrees from the University of Tokyo, in 1992, 1994, and 1997, respectively. He is a professor in the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, the University of Tokyo. His major research interests center on parallel/distributed computing and programming languages. His expertise includes efficient dynamic load balancing, parallel and distributed garbage collection, and parallel/distributed workflow systems. He is a member of the ACM and the IEEE.
