Rafael Ferreira da Silva
Biography
Rafael Ferreira da Silva is a Research Assistant Professor and a Computational Scientist at University of Southern California. He is the Co-PI on the NSF-funded WRENCH project, in which simulation-driven CI pedagogic modules are being developed for helping teaching HPC and scientific workflows concepts for the next-generation of HPC researchers. He is also Co-PI on an NSF IUSE award that targets increase participation of women and students of color in engineering. Rafael has extensive experience leading/working on large-scale projects related to CI platforms, services, and applications.
