Filip Vaverka is a Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty of Information Technology, Brno University of Technology. He is a member of the Supercomputing Technologies Research Group where he focuses on improving efficiency of spectral simulation codes running on accelerated clusters. He closely collaborates with the Biomedical Ultrasound Group at the University College London on the development of scalable ultrasound wave propagation models.
