The Center for Information Services and High Performance Computing (ZIH) at TU Dresden (TUD), in Dresden, Germany, is an established competence center for high performance computing and software tools with a focus on energy efficiency and performance evaluation and optimization of parallel applications. It is the home of the well known and widely used Vampir performance analysis tool. ZIH also creates advanced tracing technologies as well as scalable solutions for energy efficiency monitoring and optimization with very fine temporal and spatial granularities. ZIH at TUD provides unique compute and storage facilities for data-intensive scientific computing for scientists in the Free State of Saxony, Germany.
