Charmworks, Inc. is a vendor of software for parallel programming systems. Our software runs on clusters, supercomputers, the cloud, and single-node parallel computers with and without accelerators such as GPGPUs. We license and support Charm++, Adaptive MPI, and Charm4Py for general purpose parallel programming and Charades for parallel discrete event simulations. Our signature strength is an adaptive run-time system that underlies these products. The run-time system automatically balances load periodically, detects and handles faults such as node failures as they occur and naturally overlaps communication with computation without significant programmer effort. In addition, Charmworks provides consulting and development services in parallel programing, and performance analysis & tuning.
