Cory Lueninghoener leads the Platforms Design Team in HPC-DES, the High Performance Computing Design Group at Los Alamos National Laboratory. In this role, he is currently focused on the design and implementation of next-generation system software stacks, configuration management tools, and scalable container runtimes. As a system management researcher and practitioner, Cory has designed and implemented system management tools on small-scale university clusters, the wide-area Teragrid cluster, and large scale leadership class HPC systems. He is active in the system management community as a writer, speaker, and conference organizer.
