Roxanne Jensen
Biography
Roxanne E. Jensen, PhD, is a Psychometrician and Program Director in the Outcomes Research Branch, in the Healthcare Delivery Research Program at the National Cancer Institute.
Dr. Jensen’s research interests focus on the evaluation and implementation of patient-reported outcomes in cancer clinical research and practice settings. She is interested in the large-scale integration patient-generated health data into Electronic Health Records and novel methods to tailor decision support and intervention tools to support cancer patients and their providers in the clinic. Dr. Jensen is the scientific lead for the SEER-Medicare Health Outcomes Survey (SEER-MHOS) linked database on patient-reported outcomes. She is also a science officer for the Improving Management of SymPtoms Across Cancer Treatments (IMPACT) consortium. Dr. Jensen received PhD in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and her B.A. in Psychology and Classical Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
