Ben Lynch is the Associate Director for Scientific Computing at the Minnesota Supercomputing Institute. At MSI, he leads a group of scientific computing consultants on a variety of projects in software development and new technology deployment. For his Ph.D. thesis, Ben developed computational methods used for thermochemistry and thermochemical kinetics simulations. Ben has led Ceph deployments for object and block storage at MSI.
