Mr Prabhat
Biography
Prabhat leads the Data and Analytics Services Group at NERSC. In this role, he is responsible for the Data stack on NERSC's HPC platforms. His current research interests are in Data Analytics (Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning), Data Management (Parallel I/O) and High Performance Computing. In the past he has worked on problems in Scientific Visualization, Computer Graphics and Computer Vision. Prabhat received an ScM in Computer Science from Brown University (2001) and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT-Delhi (1999). He is currently pursuing a PhD in the Earth and Planetary Sciences Department at U.C. Berkeley.
